📦 Orders & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” section.

If you placed your order as a guest, use the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email.

UK: Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days. Tracked delivery takes 2-3 working days. Express (next working day) is available.

EU/EEA: Standard delivery takes 5-8 working days. Tracked delivery takes 3-5 working days.

Rest of World: Standard delivery takes 7-14 working days. Tracked delivery takes 5-10 working days.

All times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an extra 2-3 working days for potential courier delays.

If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at shipping@wthdirect.co.uk with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the delivery address. Contact us immediately at info@wthdirect.co.uk with your order number and new address.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. You may need to contact the courier directly or arrange a return and re-order.

Yes! Free standard shipping is available on orders over:

£50 for UK orders
£100 for EU/EEA orders
£150 for international orders

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when you meet the threshold.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

Email returns@wthdirect.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions within 24 hours.

Package the item securely with the RMA number on the outside. If the item is faulty, we will provide a prepaid return label. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

UK & EU customers: 14 days from delivery for change-of-mind returns.
International customers: 30 days from delivery (goodwill policy).

Faulty items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, or up to 6 months for repair/replacement.

Once we receive and inspect your return (2-3 business days), we will process your refund. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your payment method:

UK: 3-5 business days for cards, 5-7 for bank transfers
EU/EEA: 5-7 business days for cards
International: 7-10 business days

Items with broken hygiene seals, personalised/custom products, perishable goods, digital downloads (once accessed), and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned for change-of-mind.

However, if any of these items arrive faulty or not as described, you are still entitled to a full refund or replacement.

💳 Payment & Pricing

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. Payment is processed securely via our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor.

Yes. For UK customers, VAT is included in the displayed price. For EU/EEA customers, VAT is collected at checkout where applicable. For customers outside the EU, prices are shown excluding VAT, but your country may charge import duties or taxes upon delivery.

Common reasons include: insufficient funds, incorrect card details, billing address mismatch, or your bank blocking the transaction. Contact your bank to authorise the payment, then try again. If the issue persists, try a different payment method or contact us for assistance.

Yes! Enter your discount code in the “Promo Code” or “Discount Code” field at checkout and click “Apply”. The discount will be shown before you complete payment. Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise. Check our Promotional Terms for full conditions.

🛍️ Products

If an item shows “Add to Basket” on the product page, it is in stock. Out-of-stock items will display “Out of Stock” or “Notify Me When Available”. Stock levels update in real-time, but during busy periods items may sell out between adding to basket and checkout.

Yes. On out-of-stock product pages, click the “Notify Me When Available” button and enter your email. We’ll send you an alert when the item is restocked.

Full product specifications, dimensions, materials, and features are listed on each product page under the “Specifications” or “Product Details” tab. If you need additional information, contact us at info@wthdirect.co.uk.

Yes. All products sold on WTH Direct are 100% genuine and sourced directly from authorised distributors or manufacturers. We do not sell counterfeit or grey-market goods.

👤 Account

Click “Account” in the top menu, then select “Register” or “Create Account”. Enter your email, create a password, and complete your details. You can also create an account during checkout.

On the login page, click “Forgot Password?”. Enter your email address and we’ll send you a password reset link. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Log into your account and go to “Account Settings” or “My Account”. From there you can update your name, email, delivery addresses, password, and communication preferences.

Yes. Contact us at privacy@wthdirect.co.uk and request account deletion. We will delete your personal data within a reasonable time, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (e.g. financial transactions for tax purposes).
