Shipping & Delivery
We ship from our fulfilment centre in London to customers all over the world. Whether your order is travelling across town or across the globe, this page tells you exactly how it gets to you — the methods we use, how long it takes, what it costs, and what happens if anything goes wrong along the way.
All delivery times quoted are estimated working days and are counted from the moment your order has been fully processed and dispatched — not from when you place it. We will always send you a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.
Order Processing
Before your item is handed to a courier, it needs to be picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch. We process the vast majority of orders within one working day of receipt. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on a working day are usually dispatched that same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on a weekend or bank holiday, will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and an estimated delivery window. From that point on, the delivery timeframes in this policy apply.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer a range of shipping options depending on where you are based. All rates shown below are per order and are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your parcel. We use Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL depending on the service level and destination, so you always get reliable, trackable delivery.
Domestic orders within the United Kingdom — including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland — are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD. Most parcels arrive well within the windows below, but please note these are estimates and are not guaranteed unless you select our Express option.

Free shipping is automatically applied to all UK orders with a basket total of £50 or more. If you would prefer faster or tracked delivery on a free-shipping-eligible order, you can simply upgrade at checkout for the difference in price.
Orders to EU and EEA countries are shipped via Royal Mail International or DHL, depending on the service you choose. All international deliveries include customs documentation prepared by us — you do not need to do anything extra. Please be aware that delivery times can occasionally be extended by customs clearance in the destination country, which is outside our control.

Free shipping to EU and EEA destinations is available on orders totalling £100 or more. Upgrade options are available at checkout if you need your parcel sooner.
For customers outside the UK and EU/EEA, we ship via Royal Mail International, DHL, or a local carrier in your country for the final leg of delivery. International shipping times can vary more than domestic ones, mainly because of customs processing and the distances involved. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we will keep you updated along the way.

Free shipping to international destinations is available on orders totalling £150 or more. Delivery times for remote or rural addresses may be slightly longer than the estimates shown above.
Eligible Destinations
We ship to over 150 countries and territories worldwide. At checkout, you will be able to see whether your delivery address is within one of our supported destinations. If your country is not currently listed, it does not mean we cannot help — please get in touch with us and we will do our best to arrange delivery for you.
Some countries have restrictions on what types of goods can be imported. If your order contains an item that cannot legally be shipped to your destination — due to local customs rules or international regulations — we will contact you before dispatch to discuss your options. You will never be charged for an item we are unable to deliver.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
When we ship an order outside the United Kingdom, it may need to pass through customs in the destination country. We prepare and attach all the necessary customs documentation — including commercial invoices and the correct HS codes for your items — so that clearance goes as smoothly as possible.
Whether you need to pay import duties or taxes on arrival depends on the laws of your country and the value of your order. In general, most countries have a threshold below which small parcels are exempt from duty. Above that threshold, duties and taxes are calculated by the local customs authority, not by us.
For EU and EEA orders: VAT is collected at the point of sale where required, and we handle the declaration on your behalf. You should not face any unexpected charges on arrival for standard consumer goods.
For orders to the rest of the world: Duties and taxes, if applicable, are typically collected by the courier or local customs authority upon delivery. We will always show an estimate of any likely additional charges at checkout where we can, but the final amount is determined by your country’s customs. If you have questions about what to expect, please check with your local postal or customs service before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. The level of tracking detail depends on the shipping service you chose at checkout.
Basic tracking lets you know when your order has been dispatched and, for most services, when it has been delivered. Full end-to-end tracking gives you live updates at every stage of the journey — from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the moment it arrives at your door. Our Express services also include a signature on delivery, so you will know exactly when and where your parcel was handed over.
You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging into your Radu Crew account and visiting the “My Orders” section.
Peak Seasons & Busy Periods
During the busiest times of the year — particularly in November and December around Black Friday and Christmas — delivery times across all couriers can be slightly longer than usual. This affects the whole postal and courier network, not just us. During these periods, we recommend adding one to two extra working days to the estimated delivery windows shown above.
If you are ordering a gift or need something to arrive by a specific date during the festive season, we strongly suggest choosing our Tracked or Express shipping option to give yourself the best chance of on-time delivery. We will always flag any known postal disruptions on our website and in our order confirmation emails.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
We understand how frustrating it is when a parcel does not arrive on time or arrives in poor condition. If your order has not shown up within the estimated delivery window, please give it an extra two to three working days before getting in touch — couriers sometimes experience minor delays, especially for international shipments.
If your parcel still has not arrived after that time, or if it has arrived visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Email shipping@wthdirect.co.uk with your order number and tracking details, and we will investigate with the courier straight away. If the parcel is confirmed lost or damaged beyond use, we will arrange either a full refund or a free replacement shipment — whichever you prefer — at no additional cost to you.
Saturday & Same-Day Delivery
For UK customers, Saturday delivery is available on Express orders placed before 2:00 PM on Friday. Simply select the Saturday delivery option at checkout. This service is subject to availability and covers most mainland UK addresses — some remote or island locations may not be eligible.
We do not currently offer a standard same-day delivery service, but if you have an urgent need, please contact us directly and we will do everything we can to help.
