The Cardea Polished Nickel Sash Lift has a simple and inexpensive design, the sash lift is necessary for opening sliding sash windows. Two sash lifts should be fitted, one on either side of the window to open the window with both hands. The handle offers easy and comfortable grip while opening and closing windows
The Cardea Polished Nickel finish is a solid brass plating and will generally require little maintenance as nickel is a relatively slow ageing metal. To maintain the finish we recommend wiping the item with a micro-fibre cloth to remove dirt deposits and polishing with a good quality metal polish. The application of a light wax after cleaning can be beneficial but is not essential
We do not recommend the use of liquid polishes that will leave a residue
